I am a business consultant for Digital Transformation OST (objective, strategy, tactics) for organisations in private and government sector.
I am a speaker & coach on development of creativity, innovation, future jobs & tech entrepreneurship. I delivered my TEDx talk in 2014.

I was featured in “40 Under 40” in Echelon business magazine as one of 2014’s most important risk takers, job creators and rule breakers in Sri Lanka. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering, from the University of Moratuwa and a passed finalist of CIMA.

I have worked in private sector as a Process Engineer, Management Accountant and Sales Engineer before joining Sarvodaya-Fusion to realise my life long passion of educating rural Sri Lanka on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) .I lead Sarvodaya-Fusion for 12 years, a leading IT for development social enterprise which runs over 120 IT centers in Sri Lanka on a franchise business model focusing on education, employability, youth & women empowerment.

My leadership enabled over 50,000 rural youth to get IT education. I connected CSR programs of global corporates: Microsoft, CISCO, Facebook, HSBC and Etisalat. With World Bank I led a 4-country social enterprise innovation program in Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Sarvodaya-Fusion entered in to partnerships with 4 important Government ministries: Min. of Education, Min. of Telecom & Digital Infrastructure, Ministry of Skills Development & Vocational Training and Min. of Disaster Management as their community partner. I served as the Sri Lankan Community Partner contact point for Open Government Partnership under ‘ICT theme’ working closely with Min. of Telecom & Digital Infrastructure (2015-2019)

I am addicted to online learning. I have completed multiple courses on Data Science from Johns Hopkins University. Daily I am learning from LinkedIn and Coursera learning platforms.
